(c) If notice or demand cannot be made on an entity pursuant to subsection (a) or (b) of this section, notice or demand may be made by handing a copy to the manager or other individual in charge of any regular place of business or activity of the entity. If the governors of the entity cannot with reasonable diligence be served, service of process against the entity shall be upon the Secretary of State in accordance with the Mississippi Rules of Civil Procedure.
